The weekend of September 11th-13th, there are amazing events going on where proceeds from all events will go to Autism Speaks. We met with the planning committee of this event a few weeks ago. Every person involved either has a child or knows a child with Autism. These wonderful people have poured their hearts and souls into this event in hopes of bringing more awareness to the public about Autism.
This wonderful event starts out on Friday night (9-11) with a Wheels and Heels Black Tie and Leather Ball. This evening will be filled with music, food, drinks and tributes to those doctors and advocates who have dedicated this past year to Autism. After the ball, Saturday holds a Scavenger Run for anyone with cars and motorcycles that want to show them off! There is a scavenger hunt that starts out at Invesco Field and ends up in Central City where the huge after party will be held.
